I had all sorts of topics in my head to write about this week but they have all been scrapped in favour of the most exciting development to date – we no longer live in a cave! Yes, finally, on the 35th Day Mike decreed ‘let there be light!’ and windows and doors were fitted.
We are weather proof and warmer than we have been in weeks except for the gap above the sitting room window.
I’ve had two friends pop over to have a nosey and officially use my new front door for the first time, one even had a cup of tea in the new kitchen!
So that I don’t overuse exclamation marks anymore, I will leave you with some photos...
