Pushing an elephant up the stairs...

We are still making progress on our build, slowly.  The odd bit of plasterboard has gone up of an evening.  We're currently working on the hall - who knew halls were so large, and so disproportionate in terms of wall space and therefore work required!

Project Manager has been soldiering on as I try and cook, clean, put the washing on, do my college homework, think about my new job, do the shopping...Life has a way of requiring some input to carry on and this is probably what we thought about least when taking on this project.

However, I'm going to rescue this post before it slips into the depths of misery, we have stairs.
Plural.
Well, two stairs.
And they don't take up nearly as much room as we thought they would AND Project Manager has been won around to my design!

onwards and upwards

  1. Yay for stairs! Glad to hear progress is being made, however small. It is soo so hard to have a life and keep the build moving forwards isn't it? And then not get demoralised by the lack of progress. Everything seems to take so long!

We have a new mantra - it doesn't matter what you do, just do something and it's one less job off the list however small. Keep up the good work, you'll get there!
